The model that reads transcripts lives on a machine in Steve’s kitchen, not in this deployment. This copy of cookapp can’t reach it, so it can’t import anything right now. Run cookapp locally on the mini and this page works exactly as designed.
Everything else — browsing, compiling, guided cook mode — runs fine here. Only the import desk needs the model.
